If you were to ask me my management style I would say, it depends on the needs of the organization, and what motivates the employee.
However, I tend to land somewhere between Visionary and Collaborative.
This balance has shown positive results creating groundbreaking projects, that landed on time and within budget.
Financial Planning

Develop and manage multi million dollar budgets. Monitor all spending from planning to reconciliation.
Oversee, all purchasing, mentor negotiation skills, as well as create and implement standard practices.
Globally manage approximately 700 SKU's, from design, to procurement, to packaging to inventory to delivery.
Project Management
Lead teams in planning, design, production, demand, inventory, quality control, cost analysis of more than 1,500 projects per year, as well as 50 new point of purchase items and fixtures per year.

Marketing Volunteer, Get Safe
As a Marketing volunteer, I am responsible for the design of Get Safes SM channels and planned marketing, designed and production of print materials such as brochure, and direct mail.
As an Event coordinator I am responsible for asking for donations, as well as event production.
Volunteer Wish Grantor, Make A Wish
2010 - 2016
As a Make A Wish Grantor, I was able to help make wishes come true for children with life threatening conditions.
Asking for donations, organizing events, communicating and interviewing family.
Autism Speaks, Event Coordinator Volunteer

Autism Speaks Inc. is the largest autism advocacy organization in the United States. As an event coordinator volunteer I assisted in conducting awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments, and the public.
